Meanwhile, they come to know that a rich businessman, Murali Sharma is in search of his son who was lost when he was 10 years old. Taking this as an advantage all four enter the palace of Murali Sharma claiming as his real son. What happens further forms ‘F3’

Performances

Venkatesh who is known for his comic timing once again aces in his role. This time with night blindness, he generated hilarious moments with his unique mannerisms and dialogue delivery. Varu Tej is a surprise in ‘F3’. Though he did good comedy in ‘F2’ too, He takes it a notch higher in this sequel with his stammering act. Every time he stammers for a word there is a funny mannerism and gets it perfectly. Both Venky and Varun share a perfect sync and this helped the comedy to work to a great extent.

Tamannaah’s role in the second half is quite surprising and she did it well along with sizzling in a glamorous song. Mehreen looks beautiful and she did her part. Sonal Chauhan in an extended cameo role added more glamour to the film. Rajendra Prasad makes the party merrier with his experience. Ali, Sunil, Raghubabu, Murali Sharma, Pragathi, Sampath, Annapurnamma, Y Vijaya, and Pradeep are adequate in their roles.

Analysis

Director Anil Ravipudi is clear about what kind of film he is making right from the beginning. Without any inhibitions, he wants to make an out-and-out comedy film from start to end. He takes the characters and some of their mannerisms from the first part ‘F2’ and rewrites the whole story. The entire first half is about how the lead actors try to cheat each other for easy money. This entire drama is executed in typical Anil Ravipudi style with non-stop comedy.

The second half shifts to a palace where once again they all are in a rat race to steal money from a rich businessman by proving they are his only son and this part restricted the story to run inside a single place. This is where it feels the lack of a strong story and comedy goes overboard at times. But, the extraordinary comedy flair in Anil’s writing keeps us entertained overlooking these flaws. Bringing new characters Sonal Chauhan and Pooja Hegde for a song added a more glamour quotient. The ‘OTT’ climax is hilarious and gave a perfect ending to this laugh riot making the audience leave theatres with smiling faces.

The music and Background score by Devi Sri Prasad is okay. The cinematography by Sai Sri Ram looks colorful. The editing by Thammiraju is neat. Production values by Producers Dil Raju and Shirish are laudable. The second half where the film happens in a palace looks lavish with rich production values.

Rating: 3/5

Bottom Line: Paisa Vasool Summer Soggalu
