Yesteryear star heroine Meena forayed into films at a very young age and acted in many films as a child artist Later, she went on to become a heroine and acted alongside many star heroes like Chiranjeevi, Rajinikanth, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, and Kamal Haasan. Of late, she has been doing only a few films.
A few years back, she was seen as the female lead in Venkatesh’s Drushyam and later acted in a key role in last year’s film Saakshyam. Now, she is all set to foray into the digital space. Meena will be acting in a web series called Karoline Kamakshi which is being directed by Vivek Kumar Kannan.
Meena will be playing the role of a CBI officer in the series. It will also feature the Italian model Giorgia Adriani in another lead role as a French undercover agent. Touted to be an action dramedy, this series was launched the other day with a pooja ceremony. It will be streamed on Zee 5.
