Not many people remember the anchor Jahnavi who was very popular in the Telugu television circuit during the early 2000s. She became more popular with her role as heroine’s friend in Gopichand’s film Yagnam. Her performance in that film also brought her a Nandi Award.
After that, she married noted cinematographer Rasool Ellore and bid adieu to her film career. Since then, she was not seen anywhere for about a decade. She is now making her comeback into films but as a costume designer. Jahnavi worked as the costume designer for the film Evaru.
Apparently, she is the one designed Adivi Sesh and Regina’s costumes in the film. She is hoping to score a success with this film and carry forward her career as a designer. Jahnvai also lost oodles of weight and she might also consider making an acting comeback. Let’s hope even that happens soon.
