Former actress Richa Gangopadhyay, who is best known for her roles in Leader, Mirapakay and Mirchi, got married the other day to her long-time boyfriend Joe Langella. The couple tied the knot in both Christian and Hindu traditions. The families and close relatives from both sides have attended this private event.
Richa Gangopadhyay is dating Joe for more than a year. They both met at Michigan State University when the actress was pursuing her MBA over there. Soon, they fell in love and decided to take their relationship to the next level. They got engaged in January this year and finally, the marriage happened the other day. Their marriage pictures are now going viral on social media.
Richa won Miss India USA pageant in 2007 and subsequently made her acting debut with Shekhar Kammula’s 2010 film Leader. She later acted in films like Mirapakay, Bhai, Saarocharu, and Mirchi. Richa also acted in Tamil films Osthe and Mayakkam Enna and Bengali film Bikram Sinha. She quit films in 2013 and went back to the US to pursue her masters. The actress also declared that she will never come back into films.
