Drishyam is one of the best thrillers made in Indian Cinema in the last decade. Jeethu Joseph directed this film which had Mohanlal in the lead role. The film later got remade into various other languages and it remained a success there as well. After a long gap, both Jeethu Joseph and Mohanlal have teamed up once again for a new film. Touted to be an action thriller, this movie got titled as Ram.
Mohanlal himself revealed the title by tweeting, “Unveiling the Title of my Upcoming movie #RAM !! Directed by Jeethu Joseph !! Produced by Ramesh P Pillai and Sudhan S Pillai under the banner of Abhishek Films.“
Trisha is playing the female lead role in this film. This is the first time Trisha is pairing up with Mohanlal. Ram is Trisha’s second Malayalam feature, after Hey Jude. The shoot of this film will begin very soon. The makers are planning to release the film in the latter half of 2020. Popular actor Indrajith Sukumaran is also playing a key role in this movie.
