Story :
Jogendra (Rana) who is a small-time pawn broker loves his wife Radha (Kajal) to his life. He even calls himself as ‘Radha Jogendra’. In an incident Radha loses her long awaited pregnancy. Due to this Jogendra wants to avenge people responsible for it. This made him turn into ruthless politician. How Jogendra changed in his course of becoming Chief Minister ? What is the cost he pays for his wrong doings ? Forms the story
Performances:
Rana is terrific and in complete control as Jogendra. It is an author backed role and the character of Jogendra will be remembered for a very long time. Right from the beginning till the end, there is a certain confident and swag that marks a stamp on viewers mind. The emotional performance during the hospital scene showcases the kind of potential Rana has in him.
Kajal also has got a well written role. She is good to begin with and evolves as the film progresses. From interval point till the hospital portion, she gets better and better and leaves a strong impression.
Catherine enters with a bang and shines with both performance and oomph. She makes her presence felt despite several noted actors surrounding her and doing their parts well.
Posani Krishna Murali seen is a full-fledged role does his usual act but is attention grabbing. Ashutosh Rana is amazing. Tanikella Bharani is given a small part and he is alright.

Analysis:
Teja is known for strong and unpredictable characters and humour. For a long time his “strong” characters have been getting out of touch with the current tastes. With Nene Raju Nene Mantri, he gets that aspect right with the character of Jogendra. Once that is set, everything else seem to flow smoothly like a well-oiled machine.
The first half is a superb with the right pace involving drama and twists in place. The interval sets up the expectations perfectly for the second half. But the director falters a bit in the second half with characters not having enough meat in them like the first half. It feels as if after a point he has run out of steam. The climax is pretty weak.
Anup Rubens has given one of his career best background scores, if not the best. It leaves a big impact at the overall proceedings. The cinematography is excellent and the editing is fine. Dialogues are a major asset and highlight of the movie. It helps in generating the entertainment throughout the film. Production values are grand even for a very localized setting.
