Rebel Star Prabhas, Hanu Raghavapudi, Mythri Movie Makers, T Series Presents’ Most-Awaited Pan India Project Fauzi File No 25 Glimpse Packs A Powerful Historical Punch & Promises An Epic Tale Of Patriotism

Rebel Star Prabhas is gearing up to present a never-before-seen character in Fauzi, the ambitious period action drama is directed by creative filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi, produced by Mythri Movie Makers, and presented by T-Series. The film is bankrolled by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar, and Bhushan Kumar. The project has already made a solid impression with its title and release date posters. On the occasion of Prabhas’ birthday, the makers unveiled File No 25, a powerful new glimpse that reveals intriguing details about the identity, intelligence, and extraordinary mission of his character.

Set against the backdrop of World War II, the glimpse opens in Berlin on May 29, 1942, with a historic meeting between Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and Adolf Hitler. Bose seeks Germany’s support in the fight against British colonial rule in India, setting the stage for a gripping exchange about the possibility of freedom after nearly two centuries of oppression. Hitler questions whether India can overcome the British Empire, but Bose firmly asserts that the determination to achieve independence cannot be extinguished.

The conversation takes an intriguing turn when Bose argues that intelligence can prove more powerful than military strength. To reinforce his point, he introduces the story of an extraordinary Indian operative who has been creating havoc for British intelligence through carefully planned operations. This mysterious individual has reportedly diverted military forces, disrupted strategic missions, and repeatedly outsmarted the colonial administration without revealing his identity.

The glimpse adds another fascinating dimension to the character through his ingenious communication system. Inspired by the Bhagavad Gita, the secret code is described as even more difficult to decipher than Germany’s Enigma code. Bose’s revelation that the British remain unaware of the operative’s true identity, despite his growing impact, establishes him as a formidable force operating in the shadows.

The identity reveal is among the most compelling moments of File No 25. Known to the British as Fauzi, the soldier’s real name remains a mystery. Wanted by the colonial authorities since 1932, he is portrayed as a fearless rebel who has made it his mission to protect his motherland. Bose further reveals that the elusive operative is currently in Calcutta, continuing his fight against British rule.

Prabhas makes an explosive entry towards the end of the glimpse, transforming into a ruthless rebel soldier who refuses to surrender to colonial authority. With a cigarette between his lips and a massive firearm, the actor exudes raw aggression and defiance. His fierce challenge to the British brings the glimpse to an explosive conclusion, offering a glimpse of the commanding screen presence and intense action audiences can expect from the film.

What distinguishes File No 25 is its attempt to build the protagonist around more than physical strength and battlefield heroics. The emphasis on covert operations, intelligence warfare, coded communication, and an undisclosed identity introduces an intriguing layer of mystery to the narrative. By combining a World War II setting with the Indian freedom struggle, the glimpse positions Fauzi as a period action drama with a distinctive historical backdrop and a larger-than-life central character.

Hanu Raghavapudi appears to be crafting an unconventional role for Prabhas, bringing together historical references, espionage, patriotism, and high-impact action. The glimpse offers only a glimpse into the protagonist’s world, leaving several questions unanswered about his origins, his methods, and the events that shaped him into the British Empire’s most elusive adversary.
